Making Payments
There are several payment plans available for various types of policies.
Important: If the payment is received after the due date, there may be a late charge or the policy may lapse. If the policy lapses, additional fees may apply to reinstate coverage.
You can make a payment in the following four ways:
1. by electronic funds transfer; 2.online; 3. by contacting your agent directly; or 4. by mailing your payment to GuideOne Insurance.

Make your payment by electronic funds transfer. To establish a monthly automatic electronic funds transfer, contact your agent. (Search for your agent.)

Make your payment online. View your policy and make a payment by logging on to the Customer Logon on this site (right panel), or go directly to your agent's Web site to make your payment. Search for your agent's Web site.
After you have logged on, if you are a Commercial policyholder, click the Make Payment link by the policy on which you want to pay. If you are a homeowner or auto policyholder, click the Payment Center link by the policy on which you want to pay.
There is no additional fee for making an online payment.

If you have not yet created an account, click the New User link on the Customer Logon section on this site or your agent's Web site to learn how to register. You will need your policy type, policy number, and your agent's number, which is on your policy.

If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, click the corresponding links on the Customer Logon section of this site or from your agent's Web site. To get your User ID, you will provide your e-mail. To get your password, you will provide your User ID.

Make your payment in person or by calling your agent directly. You can take your payment to your agent during the agency's office hours before or on the due date. (They cannot accept payments made by voicemail.)
- Mail your payment to GuideOne Insurance. Use the envelope provided with your statement, or address an envelope to one of the addresses below.
Important: Enclose your payment invoice, and include the policy number on the memo line of your check.
